# SmplyHyre

> SmplyHyre is an AI-powered structured interview platform built for Indian hiring teams. It lets companies configure AI "job agents" that conduct autonomous voice interviews, score candidates against custom rubrics, detect cheating via biometric signals, and produce full PDF reports — all without manual scheduling or human interviewer time.

## What SmplyHyre Does

SmplyHyre replaces the unstructured first and second interview rounds with a configurable AI interviewer (called Arjun) that:
- Reads the candidate's resume and generates role-specific questions from it
- Asks mandatory "benchmark questions" you define, so every candidate is compared on the same baseline
- Evaluates every answer against your custom "evaluation rubric" — not generic AI judgment
- Scores the candidate 0–100 on both ATS resume match and interview quality
- Detects cheating passively via 6 biometric signals (face absence, multiple faces, lip-sync mismatch, gaze-away, tab switches, blink rate)
- Produces a full PDF report with Q&A transcript, scores, and integrity signals within 60 seconds of session end

- Tamper-proof recording: screen, camera and microphone captured natively at the OS level and uploaded continuously — closing the window does not erase the evidence
- Live integrity signals: app switches, focus loss and suspicious activity detected as they happen and written to the proctoring timeline
- Full-screen playback in the HR portal, alongside the candidate camera feed, from the session report
